REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
***Please note that there will be no exchange for spot purchased products from outlets. Please check the products before you make the payments.
Adora Beauty Ltd. will offer a replacement for products ordered online under certain conditions which are as follows:
- a) If the product is not what you ordered.
- b) If the product is defected.
- c) If the product is damaged while shipping.
Customers are requested to follow these instructions below to be eligible for replacement:
1) Please check the products in front of the delivery person.
2) If there is any issue, please call our helpline number immediately in front of the delivery person & send us a picture of the products mentioning the issue as well. After that, return the product to the delivery person immediately.
3) Products should be intact to be eligible for return or exchange. Swatched and used products will not be considered.
4) The invoice should be returned with the product in case of return or exchange.
Upon receiving the return or exchange request from customers, the customer service team of Adora Beauty Ltd. will investigate the issue. The process may take 3-7 business days. After verification, if the claim is valid, then the customer will be provided with either the desired product or refund of the payment. However, invalid claims will not be entertained and Adora Beauty Ltd. will not hold any liability in such situations.
